The core cargo compartment adopts an elongated U-shaped structure and is fabricated from high-quality T700 wear-resistant steel. This structural and material upgrade works extremely well for large-quantity sand transportation. It can effectively resist continuous sand friction and extreme high heat in Oman’s desert areas, while preventing sand residue from sticking to the carriage. Mine roads in Oman are mostly rugged with uneven surfaces, and most material haulage covers long distances in open desert areas. In view of this actual working condition, we upgraded the multi-axle load-bearing structure of the trailer. The optimized structural design balances vehicle load pressure effectively, slowing down abrasion on tires, chassis and other key parts. Moreover, the full-electric tarpaulin device is a practical configuration to avoid sand leakage and dust pollution in windy weather, fully complying with local environmental management rules for mining projects.
