This transport scheme is customised to fit the harsh and mountainous road conditions of mining areas across Peru. It is mainly designed to haul heavy-duty mining machinery such as large excavators and bulldozers, as well as various modular mining equipment. With a load capacity set between 60 and 100 tons, the solution fully matches the actual operational and transportation needs of local mining sites, prioritising safety, compliance and practical cost control in daily haulage work.
We deploy 4 to 8-axle super low-bed semi-trailers for all transport tasks. The whole vehicle adopts thickened high-strength steel frame structure and optimised low-platform design, which significantly lowers the overall gravity and greatly reduces the risk of side tipping on steep and bumpy mountain roads. The multi-axle layout can evenly disperse vehicle load, fully complying with Peru’s local 44-ton GVW road limit regulations. Equipped with durable mechanical suspension and mature WABCO braking systems, these trailers perform stably on muddy, rocky and uneven mine roads, ensuring reliable cross-area transport.
We implement strict on-site management and safety control for every transport mission. Before each trip, our staff will complete the application for MTC oversized transport permits and conduct on-site route inspections in advance to avoid narrow bends, fragile road sections and restricted passages. All transported machinery will be tightly fixed with high-strength binding tools to prevent displacement during climbing and turning. We also carry out daily vehicle inspections and regular anti-corrosion maintenance to cope with Peru’s severe high-altitude climate and road conditions, reducing equipment abrasion and transport delays to offer steady logistical support for local mining operations.
